2. Services Provided CEO Media provides verified premium advertising accounts for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. These accounts are designed to enhance advertising performance and include features like: Multi-platform access. Priority support. Secure account management. 

3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. 

4. Fees and Payment Service fees are as specified during account setup or renewal. Payments must be made promptly via accepted payment methods, such as credit card or bank transfer. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of your account. 

5. Account Management You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the provided accounts only for lawful advertising purposes and in compliance with all platform policies. CEO Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms. 

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, CEO Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. 

7. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. 

8. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sweden.

 

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
